Secondary Revision Hub

The Year 6 SATs Skool Community is a supportive online learning space designed to help children prepare for their SATs with confidence, structure, and expert guidance. Hosted on Skool, our interactive platform brings together live teaching, on-demand lessons, and a friendly parent community — all in one place.

Pre-recorded revision lessons with home learning activities included. When filming these lessons, I wanted to ensure that they were accessible for all children, even those who are finding some of the fundamental concepts tricky. Therefore, these lessons start from the very beginning of each topic and build in complexity to make sure any gaps in knowledge are filled.

Each day, I upload a new Brain Booster — a short, focused activity designed to strengthen key SATs skills in Reading, Maths, or SPaG. These quick challenges help children practise what they’ve learned, spot gaps in understanding, and build exam confidence one step at a time.

Each Brain Booster takes just a few minutes to complete but makes a real difference to consistency and recall. They’re ideal for fitting into a busy day — before school, after dinner, or as a warm-up before tackling other revision.

Over time, these daily bursts of learning help children develop a calm, confident approach to their SATs. Parents love them too — they make it easy to check progress and keep motivation high without any pressure.

The Parent Lounge is a dedicated space within the Year 6 SATs Skool Community for parents to connect, share experiences, and gain practical support. It’s where you’ll find expert tips, simple home strategies, and encouragement to help you guide your child through SATs preparation with confidence.

Each week, Sarah posts new advice on topics such as supporting tricky arithmetic, managing test anxiety, and building motivation at home. Parents can comment, ask questions, and share what’s working for them — creating a friendly network of families supporting one another.
The Parent Lounge makes sure you’re never on your own in the process — just expert help, thoughtful ideas, and a community that truly understands what Year 6 SATs feel like from the parent’s side.
